Yes. You can add new buildings to your portfolio at any time from your dashboard. Click "Add Building," enter your DEP account number, and pick the building you want to monitor. It will start appearing in your portfolio view immediately. Your pricing tier will adjust automatically based on your total unit count.

Currently, we support NYC DEP (Department of Environmental Protection) water accounts. DEP meters have automatic reading (AMR) technology, which allows us to securely access your water consumption data without any hardware installation.

You will receive a monthly invoice based on the number of units in your portfolio. No credit card is collected at signup. Volume discounts are applied automatically as your portfolio grows.

No. This is a completely software-based service. We read your existing DEP meter data remotely for each building in your portfolio. No equipment, no installation, no technician visits. If you do want hardware monitoring, contact us for custom solutions.
