Our journey started with an MD who saw an opportunity to fix a problem. The core practice of surgery is to treat symptoms and more importantly to cure the root of infection or disease for lasting health. Using the same principle on building efficiency, Live Buildings was born. Years of hard work syncing new tech to old basements has liberated data from the office to the streets, so that everyone can benefit. Rooted in NYC, LBS continues to evolve and spread worldwide, helping reduce waste, save money, and fight today’s climate crisis.
